Subscription Items: We stand by our Best Butts Guarantee and want you to love all of your shipments, but if one misses the mark please let us know so we can make it right! Please write in to email@example.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
Shop Items, Gift Cards and other add-ons: All shop merchandise can only be returned for store credit minus a $7.50 restocking fee. In order to be granted a return of shop merchandise, all products must be unworn, unwashed and have the original packaging attached or available to ship the item(s) back in. Our team can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label and will issue the virtual gift card for store credit once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse. All underwear items, however, are final sale and may not be returned.
Renewal Orders: All subscriptions renew on the 11th of the month. Any changes to your account must take place before your subscription renews. Changes made after renewals take place cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to email@example.com if you require any changes after your renewal and we will do our best to accommodate.
All Gift Cards purchases, promotional items, and other items noted as "final sale" are final sale.
